Its construction allows for precise adjustment to the dog's body (with 5 points of adjustment). The harness consists of three independent parts connected by straps. This design allows the harness to dynamically adapt to the animal, providing full freedom of movement. The part of the harness located on the chest is padded with soft and pleasant-to-touch neoprene, which does not constrict or irritate the animal. The elastic leash connector effectively dampens unwanted, sudden pulls during searches, thus assisting the dog during work. Reflective elements ensure good visibility. How to fit the Julius-K9 Mantrailing Harness:
To ensure the harness fulfills its functions and is comfortable for the dog, it is essential to select the appropriate size and adjust it precisely to the dog's build. Adjust the straps leading to the neck element so that the upper edge of the chest padding is at the height of the shins, and the padding lies flat against the chest. In the section between the neck and the rear element, ensure that the ring is not behind the line of the dog's two hind legs. Move the rear element back far enough so that the rear straps of the chest padding do not cover the front legs. The straps should be tight enough to fit a hand under the rear element, but do not allow them to be too loose, as this may cause the harness to shift sideways during work. In a standing position, the harness may seem too loose - the adjustable bridge element, neck element, and rear element may slide slightly - but this will resolve as soon as the dog starts moving and pulls forward. All straps and elements will then be in place.

Tip:
The JK9 Mantrailing harness is not suitable for casual wear, hiking, or running with the dog. It has been specifically designed for search work, where the dog always moves on a taut leash in front of its owner.
