We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can start a return by using the online return / withdrawal form available on this website or by clicking the "Returns" link in the website menu. No customer account login is required. After submission, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs in accordance with applicable law.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please provide your order number, photos or videos of the issue and packaging, and a short description of the problem. Please keep the packaging until the claim is resolved.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products such as special orders or personalized items, and personal care or hygiene goods once opened or unsealed. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Sale items may be returned only where required by applicable law or if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union right of withdrawal - 14 days
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped to a customer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days after receiving your order, for any reason and without justification.
To exercise your EU right of withdrawal, you can use the online return / withdrawal form available on this website or click the "Returns" link in the website menu. No customer account login is required. After submission, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
Alternatively, you may notify us in writing at groomerpro@groomerpro.lt with your order number, the item or items you wish to return, and your contact details.
You must send the goods back within 14 calendar days from the day you informed us about your withdrawal.
As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with the receipt or proof of purchase. If the returned goods are diminished in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may deduct an amount reflecting the loss of value.
How to return
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
For accepted EU consumer withdrawals, we will refund the full amount paid, including the original standard delivery fee, within 14 days from the day we receive the goods or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof that the goods have been sent back.
Refunds are issued only to the same payment method used for the original transaction. Under no circumstances will refunds be transferred to a different bank account or third party.
