Usage and cleaning: Wet the cleaner with water, place it on your index finger, and secure it from falling by placing the loop on your middle finger. Gently rub the teeth and gums without pressing the cleaner. During use, rinse the cleaner several times with cool water. After use, rinse thoroughly and hang to dry.
